Sideshore is working alongside local residents, organisations, and world-renowned environmental law firm Leigh Day, in a group legal action against South West Water. This action has been launched in response to ongoing sewage discharges into the Exmouth and wider Exe-area waters, which have affected the health of our coastline, the wellbeing of water-users, and the livelihoods of local businesses. We know this is an issue all around the coastal waters of England, and we are proud to be leading the way in legal action of this kind.

Anyone who lives in, works in, or regularly uses the waters around Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton or the Exe estuary may be eligible to join the claim.
