Run – 6 Week Course – Those new to or returning to running

We are proud to partner with Hannah Bown to bring you RUN – a 6 week course for those who are new to or returning to running. This course aims to be inclusive and supportive, giving those who attend a helping hand in the first steps towards their running journey, with training, help and support and a network of like minded runners at a similar level and stage.
Weekly meet ups, starting at Sideshore Community Hub and What’s App support group to get you running and ready.
Included in your course is a discounted entry into the LM events Bradleys 5K Race on Sunday 7th June for those who fancy an end goal.
The cost of this 6 week course is heavily discounted to make it accessible to all (£20 for 6 weeks) – funding provided by Sideshore Community.
